The plan at a glance
Q4 2026, Oct 1 to Dec 31 Review due Oct 17 Last quarter rated 4 of 5 Partner-visible
The plan Tobias Wren of Keelson Precision Manufacturing and Carmen Delgado of Ridgeline Industrial Supply agreed for the fourth quarter: three goals, the record behind each, who owns what and what Ridgeline needs from Keelson. The plan is reviewed together at the start of each quarter and checked at the monthly call. Its first goal is the one both sides care about most: Ridgeline reaching Premier.
- How well last quarter's goals were met: 4 of 5
The numbers the plan starts from
All figures come from the registration, academy and marketing funds records on the first day of the quarter. Nobody restates them by hand; when a record changes, the plan reads the new number.
Three goals for the quarter
| Goal | Measure | Start of quarter | Target by Dec 31 | Owner | State |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premier won value | Won value, last 12 months | $175,000 | $250,000 | Carmen Delgado | In progress |
| Premier certification | Certified people | 2 of 4 | 4 of 4 | Carmen Delgado | In progress |
| Water utilities trade show | Project registrations from the booth | Not started | 5 | Samuel Reyes | On hold |
The two Premier goals count only together: $75,000 more won value and two more certified people. Halbrook Paper Mill at $64,000 and Port Avery Water Authority at $118,000 are the approved registrations that can close the gap this quarter, if both order inside protection.

Goal 1: Premier won value
- Halbrook Paper Mill
- $64,000, approved, protected until Dec 15; line 3 rebuild with six trimmed impellers
- Port Avery Water Authority
- $118,000, approved, protected until Oct 15; extension asked after the board vote moved
- Lindqvist Chemical, Baton Creek plant
- $41,000, under review since Oct 2
- Marrow Creek Mining lead
- About $33,000, offered by Keelson on Oct 2, answer due Oct 5
Tobias decided Keelson grants one extension when a customer confirms a new decision date, and Carmen requested it with the authority's written confirmation.
Goal 2: Premier certification
Certified people, 2 of 4
| Person | Selection course | Registration course | Certified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carmen Delgado, sales director | Passed | Passed | Yes, since Mar 3 |
| June Okafor, counter sales lead | Passed | Passed | Yes, since Aug 12 |
| Diego Farrow, outside sales | Passed | Lesson 1 of 2 | Not yet |
| Samuel Reyes, marketing coordinator | Not started | Not started | Not yet |
Wrong wear ring sets were quoted twice this year when an impeller was ordered without its trim diameter. Tobias decided every counter person completes the selection course this quarter, and Carmen set two hours a week aside for Diego and Samuel.
Goal 3: water utilities trade show
The plant maintenance lunch-and-learn showed what a funded activity can do: 34 attendees and two registrations, Halbrook Paper Mill and Crestline Brewing, worth $73,500 together. The plan repeats the pattern for water and wastewater plants, Ridgeline's second specialty, with a two-day booth at the regional water expo. Ridgeline requested $6,000 and expects five registrations. The goal is on hold until Tobias decides the request.
